About the job
As our new Graphic & Brand Toolkit Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the global Branding & Design team, helping shape how Coloplast communicates visually across platforms. This role blends graphic design excellence with technical know-how in templating, automation, and multimedia production. You will be instrumental in building systems that enable efficient, high-quality, and consistent content creation globally. You will be part of a passionate and experienced team of brand managers, creative professionals, and system specialist – where collaboration, development and learning are focal drivers.
The Branding & Design team drives global business impact by building a strong Coloplast Group brand strategy and unified, trusted, and innovative brands that inspire trust, loyalty, and belonging among employees, users, customers, and other key stakeholders. We set brand standards across touchpoints and enable the organization to deliver a unified brand experience at scale. The Branding & Design team is based in both Szczecin and Denmark, working together as part of a global setup.
- Design and produce graphic layouts and visual assets for both digital and print media.
- Develop and maintain templates and automation tools to streamline creative processes.
- Set up and manage content platforms such as Ampler, Bynder, Synthesia, and others.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and agencies, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and promote the value of design and be able to pitch, inspire with and defend your work across the organisation.
- Act as brand guardian, delivering training and mentorship to promote effective use of scalable tools, systems, and templates.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to enhance and optimize creative workflows.
- (Optional) Create and edit video content and motion graphics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Proven experience in design templates and automation workflows.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a global corporate setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical device branding.
- Skills in video editing and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
- Proficiency in Figma and collaborative tools like JIRA.
- Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Adobe After effects, Premiere Pro and Figma is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of content and brand asset systems like Ampler, Bynder.
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into scalable design systems.
- Technical aptitude for integrating creative tools with automation.
- Strong grasp of design methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive and open to learning new tools and technologies.
